About Us

Our Family. Our Tradition. Our Bakery.

Our Story

Diana’s Bakery began in our family kitchen—born from love, necessity, and the flavors of Mexico. When Ana became pregnant with our daughter Diana, she started baking cakes from home. What began as a way to support her growing family quickly became a passion that filled the neighborhood with sweet aromas and returning customers.

As demand grew, Ana’s husband and brother-in-law rented a small bakery space. Over time, Ana and her husband continued the journey together, pouring heart and heritage into every recipe. Today, the bakery is run entirely by family—Ana manages operations, her husband serves as the head baker, and their son now helps with deliveries.

Baking runs deep in our roots. Our head baker has been working in bakeries since the age of 17, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Every concha, tamal, and pastel we offer reflects that tradition—fresh, flavorful, and made with the same care that started it all.

And the name? It’s not named after Ana—it’s named after Diana, the daughter who inspired it all.

For us, Diana’s Bakery isn’t just a place to buy pan dulce. It’s a piece of our family that we share with yours. We’re proud to be part of the St. Louis community and honored to bring a little bit of Mexico to your table.
